I got an email that it was shipped on October 10 but the tracking says only pre-shipment info was sent. It's now October 23 and no updates.
These hair sticks are a wonderful and pretty spin on a fairy look. They’re sure to make you stand out at events; I got tons of compliments on them. Not only are they gorgeous and a fun idea; but Saphire Sun wowed me with their great customer service. I had a wing that started to fall apart and I did not expect them to send me a new one (it had been months since my original order, but I hadn’t really gotten them out or played with them until a month before my event and I assumed that may be out of the return window), but the seller (and I assume owner) of Saphire Sun was so sweet and responded to me quickly and offered to replace the wing before my event. I am so impressed on all fronts with this product and business, I will definitely shop here again and stock up on cute outfit accessories for events from here!!
I got this along with the Electric Blue one and both are amazing in quality, would definitely buy another pair
